My Client is an international firm overlooking projects in Taiwan. They are an international firm with multiple portfolios worldwide and are now looking for an O&M manager to overlook site work at O&M stage. This is a leadership position to overlook multiple assets and supervisors + contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervising O&M managers on wind farm assets
• Working closely with clients on the needed operation and maintenance services and providing new clients with advice
• Taking initiative to assist customers with additional services
• Monitoring site activities including HSE, activities being carried out, budgeting and cost control
• Assist in commissioning to the operating phase of a project – in charge of operating phase

Requirements

• At least 5 years in operation & maintenance environment
• Major plus if you come from renewable energy, power or utility
• Must speak fluent English & Chinese
