Requirements

• PQE certified
• English speaking, corporate law background (MUST)
• Ability to draft contracts with little supervision, reporting into the head of legal that sits in another country
• Volume drawn, pages of documents, review draft documents, SPA, EPC commercial and contract agreement
• Not typical lawyer position, will require a lot of hands on huge volume work
