​NextWave Partners USA is working with a globally renowned integrated business enterprise, that is an investments and solutions provider covering a wide spectrum of industries.

The Investment Director role is a critical hire to add to the growth of the infrastructure investment team in NYC and will focus on real estate, mineral resources, supply chain, and mobility space.

Responsibilities

• Investment Director will be responsible for executing new acquisition opportunities as well as managing current business platforms. 

• Investment Director will be responsible for financial modeling, conducting business due diligence, conducting operational analysis, and developing value creation opportunities.

• Investment Director will be an Individual Contributor, who will work as a team lead on projects but will not have managerial responsibilities. 

Requirements

• Investment Director must have a minimum of 5 years of infrastructure-related investment experience, preferably transactional experience. 

• Investment Director will ideally have experience in infrastructure covering real estate, mobility, mineral resources, and supply chain.

• Investment Director must have solid financial modeling skills. Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

• Investment Director must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related area.
