My Client is a renewable energy investment fund, responsible for delivering renewable energy projects in the region. They have been leading successful renewable energy projects across the region.

Responsibilities

Join us as a Human Resource Manager which will have the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, employment, compensation, and benefits
and training

  • Lead, develop, implement and manage all HR programs and policies
  • Application for Visa, Relocation of employees and managing dismissal
  • Developer and manage the performance review program
  • Develop and manage employee benefits
  • Design and lead inhouse and external training programs
  • Identifying staffing needs and managing the recruitment process
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Support employees and managers to manage labour related issues internally and externally
  • Creating a good working culture for the company and motivating and supporting staff
  • Develop and monitor annual budget for HR services, employee recognition, team support, company philanthropic activities, and admin
  • Ensure that all employee records are up to date, filed and well maintained within the HR system
  • Manage and prepare any required employee work permits as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or above in HR management
  • Have 10 years+ HR full function position
  • Have experience in managing HR in an international company and experience in recruiting staff from overseas
  • Have excellent communication and people skills
  • Have experience with managing and resolving conflicts
  • Be highly organised
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Have excellent knowledge in local Korea labour laws, regulations, and practices
  • Experience with HR information system
  • Fluent in Korean & English
