Title: Cable Client Reps

Location: Taiwan

Type: Contract project based

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate daily records of all installation activities during the execution phase.

• Ensure that the contractor adheres to all approved procedures and risk assessments.

• Oversee the contractor's proactive management of safety and quality standards.

• Act and lead by example in alignment with the company's values.

• Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as required.

• Ensure all DPRs are reviewed and signed by the necessary stakeholders.

• Review and stay up to date with Risk Assessments/Method Statements (RA/MS) and QHSE documentation prior to and during the execution phase.

• Participate in daily coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and other relevant discussions to ensure safe and high-quality execution of works.

• Be present as a witness during all key activities and, where practicable, during general installation activities, ensuring safe access to all work areas.

• Take part in safety walks alongside HSE representatives from both the company and contractor organizations.

• Report incidents and observations in Synergi, in accordance with the package and project-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

• Track Recrod in other Offshore Wind Project
• Minimum 3 years on similar position
• Proven experience with rock dumping operations related to cable stabilization.
