NextWave is currently looking for Senior Finance Manager for non-Japanese solar asset management company in Tokyo. This position requires Japanese language skills at mother-tongue fluency.

Responsibilities/職務内容

• Have a fundamental understanding of energy project finance, included related valuedrivers and financial modelling
• Support transaction structuring by creating information memorandums and managing due diligence processes across different functional groups within company
• Review projects including PPA, EPC, and O+M agreements
• 国内の太陽光プロジェクトファイナンスにかかる契約・デューデリジェンス・交渉等を担当。
• 社内のプロジェクトマネージャーやアセットマネージャーと連携をとって、各部門で必要なフィナンス面におけるサポート。
• 必要に応じ、各種ステークホルダーとの交渉や契約内容の確認。

Requirements/要件

• Have solid experience of project finance experience in Solar projects in Japan
• Strong ability to work in the organization as a solo player.
• Language skills: Japanese – mother tongue fluency that you are able to speak, write, and read the contracts. English – fluently use that you are able to speak, write and read the contracts.
• 太陽光プロジェクトのプロジェクトファイナンスに携わった経験があり、一人で対応できること
• 英語力：英文契約書等の対応含め、会話・読み・書きにおいて十分に対応ができること
