About the Role/仕事内容
NextWave is looking for a person who has an experience in project/ development management in a field of renewables business, ideally in offshore wind in Japan. The suitable candidate will have rich experience with offshore planning legislation and regulation in Japan. Bilingual skill in English and Japanese is must as this role will oversee communication with local persons (fishers, governments, and so on)

再エネ発電所の開発、運営、投資、建設等を行っている企業での募集案件です。世界3万人強の従業員が在籍しており、風力発電では業界トップレベルの実績のある企業様の日本法人でのご勤務となります。グローバルでは業界大手企業ですが、日本法人はプロジェクトの初期段階のものが多く、日本法人の成長への貢献を感じていただけるかと思います。

今回は日本法人増員による採用募集をされております。

業務内容：

• プロジェクトを主導し、Offshore開発チーム
• Joint Ventureと連携を取り、要件をまとめる
• 様々な利害関係者とのコミュニケーションを取り、友好な関係を築く
• 許認可取得、行政機関との協議
• プレゼンテーションの作成・実施、資料作成（和文・英文）

Requirements/要件
必須スキル・経験

以下の様なご経験をお持ちの方はご経験を活かしていただけます。

• 再生可能エネルギー・インフラプロジェクト開発にご経験のある方
• 同様プロジェクトにてプロジェクトマネジメントの経験のある方
• 日本ビジネスにおける、ビジネス法務（契約書面の作成等）、許認可取得、行政機関との協議経験のある方

歓迎スキル：

• 洋上風力発電、風力発電プロジェクト参画経験のある方
• 再エネ業界での経験、業界へ興味のある方
• 英文契約書など英語を使用した実務経験のある方
• 仕事を通じて社会貢献がしたいという気持ちをお持ちの方
