About the Role

NextWave are working with a leading global developer who have a large portfolio of offshore wind projects in Korea. Due to this activity, they are looking to hire a Project Controls Manager to lead the PMO function during the development and execution of these projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading all Project Controls and PMO Services for the business
• Establishing and maintaining detailed project plans
• Monitoring and managing progress updates of each project
• Reporting progress, performance and forecasts of projects to Senior Management
• Ensuring that the project package and contractor schedules align and coordinate
• Supporting the project Package Managers with concept selections and decision making
• Taking the lead on all risk management activities on the project
• Creating and implementing DEVEX and CAPEX budgets for each project

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience managing the Project Controls function for a large infrastructure project, preferably offshore wind
• Due to the interface management responsibilities, fluency in English is essential
• Prior experience managing a project from development through to construction
