The Project Manager for Offshore Wind will be expected to:

  1. Collaborate with the Engineering team under the supervision of the Engineering Head.

  2. Aid the Finance team in evaluating new technology costs using analytical tools.

  3. Comprehend and optimize Offshore wind farm layout design through analytical software.

  4. Supervise external technical consultants assessing wind resources and creating energy yield analysis reports.

  5. Manage project installation and oversee data from site measurement stations.

  6. Draft RFQs for offshore wind farm system components and review supplier and contractor quotes and invoices.

  7. Negotiate PR guarantees with EPC contractors.

  8. Provide O&M and asset management support.

  9. Assist in wind turbine selection and ensure quality control of offshore wind farm components.

  10. Support the construction team in resolving technical and quality issues and reviewing root cause analysis reports.

  11. Enhance the performance of operational offshore wind farms through performance analytics.

The Project Manager should:

  1. Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  2. Possess a strong background in Wind Energy design with mechanical design expertise.

  3. Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

  4. Demonstrate a keen sense of responsibility and dedication to the company's objectives.

  5. Be an effective communicator and team player within a small organizational setting.

  6. Be willing to travel nationally as required.
