About the Role

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a significant impact on our planet's future?

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Land Manager to play a critical role in identifying, acquiring, and managing land resources for renewable energy projects throughout Greece.

Responsibilities

  1. Land Identification and Evaluation: * Identify and assess potential land parcels for renewable energy projects in and around Athens, considering geographical, environmental, and regulatory factors. Conduct thorough site assessments to determine suitability for project development.
  2. Land Acquisition: * Negotiate land purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other relevant contracts. Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements for land acquisition in Greece.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: * Build and maintain positive relationships with local landowners, communities, government agencies, and environmental organizations. Effectively communicate the benefits and positive impacts of renewable energy projects to local stakeholders.
  4. Permitting and Compliance: * Collaborate with Greek regulatory agencies to obtain the necessary permits and approvals for land use. Ensure that projects are developed in full compliance with Greek environmental regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Land Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in land management, land acquisition, or real estate within the Greek renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and local environmental regulations.
