Title: Construction Manager

Location: Libnamana, Camarines, Philippines

We are seeking to recruit a Construction Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale solar projects. The core focus of the role will be to lead and manage the construction phases of solar power projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The contract for this role will end in December 2026.

Purpose:

• Overseeing the construction of solar projects up to 350 MW, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Implementing and overseeing safety protocols and quality control measures on-site.
• Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Providing backup support to Sandra, the Project Director, and acting as the primary point of contact in her absence.
  
  Knowledge & Skills:
  
• 1-5 years of experience in project management and construction management, preferably in the power industry.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager for power projects, with a focus on solar and wind energy.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
• Ability to hit the ground running and effectively manage large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
