My Client is an international developer firm looking for an asset manager to join their team in Taipei. You will be focusing strongly on commercial agreements terms and management of existing assets.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior team members on commercial agreements
• Assist and closing on commercial agreements, contract and partnership process
• Optimizing and reducing risk on assets
• Stakeholder management
• Supporting project phase from start to finish

Requirements

• Degree holder in finance
• First hand experience in commercial, contract and project management
• Analytical skills – IRR, NPV
• Excellent communications and stakeholder management
