My client is a leading developer who has a large portfolio of existing and prospective Offshore wind projects across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Senior HSE Manager to develop and implement a strong safety culture across the business.

Responsibilities

• Providing Health, Safety and Environmental support across both the business and project teams
• Implement and improve the company’s HSE policy
• Maintaining and building on the company’s safety and environmental management systems, working closely with the Head of HSEQ
• Leading internal HSE audits
• Developing, implementing and managing the project HSE Plan, Risk Register and other relevant project documentation
• Assisting with the development of project-specific HSE targets and objectives
• Reporting on HSE progress and issues across the projects assigned to you
• Working closely with HSE staff of partner companies and project sub-contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety or Engineering
• 3-5 years’ of experience in a similar role
• NEBOSH qualification
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Previous Offshore Wind project experience is preferable
• Eligibility to work in the UK
