Mission

• Enhancement of transparency & foster controlling processes to ensure proper financial reporting and support of management decisions
• Monitor and control the product costing
• Pro-active approach towards problem-solving in a team-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare yearly budgeting data including P/L, balance sheet, FCF and other KPI’s
• Development of monthly rolling forecast for P&L; Balance sheet and Cash Flow including detailed analysis of the deviation from FC to Actuals, quarter and whole fiscal year
• Prepare the F-price and the standard costing and monitor the actual costing development
• Analysis &development of various topics such as cost centres expense, direct material cost; HC, labour hours, personnel related cost; routing development; capex and depreciation controlling as well as the controlling of cost out initiatives
• Analysis the cost out and lean projects with technical counterparts to drive the productivities
• Further development of the existing processes & tools to bring the controlling function to a more advanced and structured level
• Responsibility of financial reporting packages towards senior management on a local & global scale
• Prepare Ad-hoc report and management reports per management and stakeholders request locally and globally  

Requirements

• University degree in the area of business administration, economics, accounting or similar
• Minimum 5-10 years of working experience (manufacturing and costing related experience is a must)
• Fluent in English (written & verbally)
• Experience in international & multicultural collaboration
• Experience in the use of SAP and basis Microsoft applications
• Result-/solution-oriented, well structured, diligent and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
• Willing to take ownership and ability to work under pressure
