My client is an international renewable energy player looking for a Real Estate Land Personnel to be based in Taiwan. This position is to focus on finding lands for solar projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Dealing with external and internal stakeholders such as governments bodies, land owners, communities, investors and developers
• Obtaining all permitting required for the usage of land for renewable energy purpose
• Negotiation on the leasing and ownership of lands with owners
• Commercial and financial knowledge of land ownership / leasing

Qualifications

• Land Leasing / Buy-over experience is required
• Real estate / legal knowledge is required
• Solar experience is a plus
• 3 years above experience
• Speaking of excellent English & Chinese is required
