Tender & Pricing Manager - Offshore Logistics

We are representing a leading international logistics company seeking an experienced Tender & Pricing Manager to oversee end-to-end tendering and pricing for offshore logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of competitive tenders, RFQs & RFPs for offshore logistics (marine transport, mobilisation, freight forwarding, towing).
  
• Source and evaluate vendor pricing, prepare cost models, and conduct profitability analysis.
  
• Maintain market rate intelligence and competitor insights.
  
• Support BD team in negotiations and track awarded project performance.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
  
• 10+ years in offshore logistics operations, including 5+ years in tendering/pricing.
  
• Proven experience engaging with Oil & Gas industry clients.
  
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and MS Excel proficiency.
