Manager - Business Development - Offshore / Oil & Gas - Southern India

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for an established international logistics company operating in the offshore and oil & gas sectors.

Role Overview:
The BD Manager will focus on generating new business, developing key relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in Southern India. This role involves regular client meetings, market intelligence gathering, and close collaboration with senior management to drive sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify & engage new clients in offshore and oil & gas
  
• Conduct minimum 6 client meetings per week
  
• Research projects, competitors & industry trends
  
• Maintain CRM records and prepare market reports
  
• Collaborate with BD leaders on proposals & tenders
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma (Marketing or related preferred)
  
• 5+ years sales & marketing experience in offshore sector (Southern India)
  
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  
• Proficient in CRM & Microsoft Office
