Main responsibilities

§ Provide timely and professional legal support to the Head of Legal
§ Ability to draft commercial contracts and drive editing process to reach completion
§ Conduct legal due diligence related to business transactions
§ Liaison with external legal Counsel and counter party legal teams
§ Ensure the operations is in compliance with local law
§ 4 to 7+ years PQE from corporates background and qualified to practice law in Japan
