About the Role

We are working with an Energy/Power developer who want to hire a Legal Counsel. The position will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam and will report to the Regional Head

Responsibilities

• Lead on all legal and contractual matters, strategic and operational;
• Review and interpret legal agreements
• Provide legal advice on all key business issues and projects and make recommendations

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in legal experience.
• Experiences in providing legal services for Power/ Energy / Oil & Gas sector is required;
• Fluent English speaking
