Title: Lead Engineer

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

About the Role:
Our client is a key player in the offshore wind industry in Taiwan with experienced team and track record in the industry. They're aggressively expanding their team together with the booming market, looking for the best talent to contribute to their business and become the biggest player in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing processes to improve and maintain efficiency in cable handling, end preparation and testing
• Owner and creator of the technical governance (adhering to internal and international standards) relating to HV power cable handling and testing rules and policies
• Design, develop and optimize High-Voltage electrical links in compliance with our customers' standards and technical specifications

Requirements:

• Knowledge of submarine power cable design, repair, and construction
• Fluent in English
