The Foundation/T&I Package Manager will spearhead the definition and implementation of robust engineering strategies for the package. Responsibilities include managing interfaces, overseeing certification processes, and supervising offshore contractors. They will establish engineering standards, ensure compliance, and promote quality, best practices, and H&SE performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic engineering guidance to align with the business investment plan, emphasizing industry standards and regulatory compliance for timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven outcomes.
• Oversee project design activities to ensure adherence to company procedures and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage interfaces to identify and address risks, meticulously recording them in the project risk register for effective management within design and contracts.
• Support certification processes to minimize design risks and optimize asset value through collaboration with independent verification bodies.
• Investigate and implement optimization and standardization opportunities to maximize project value while managing risk.
• Coordinate activities to resolve issues affecting multiple project components, ensuring optimal engineering value.
• Provide leadership and direction to maintain professional standards and deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Define and implement organizational structures to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in engineering design to maintain project integrity.
• Develop and maintain strategic plans for inspection and commissioning activities to uphold quality and engineering standards.
