About the Role

Client is a Global energy company that focuses on photovoltaic solar, onshore and offshore wind and energy storage. They have operations globally in several countries and have added over 3GW of renewable energy capacity and aim to add over 15GW to their pipeline in the next 6 years.

The client is seeking a Field Operations Engineer who will be responsible for the coordination and management of operational and technical activities for the operation of their solar projects.

Responsibilities

• The position will be responsible for ensuring EHS, managing operations and performance of solar assets, analyzing production data, forecasts, KPIs, and ensuring control of OPEX.
• You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance materials and providing O&M guidance, coaching contractors and interacting cross-functionally with other teams including stakeholders.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in renewable energy including battery storage, solar or wind, and Medium Voltage/ High Voltage systems.
• NABCEP or Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and performance issues related to renewable energy projects.
