Our Client is a renewable energy developer, responsible for delivering renewable energy projects in the region. They have been leading successful renewable energy projects across the world and now Taiwan is one of their main focus.
 
The role: 
As the CFO, you will be responsibility for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting and be responsible for overlooking the team.  
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
  • Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team
  • Debt, Equity – Fundraising work
  • Understanding of how start up platform works and help them exit 
  • Strong management of investors relation
  • Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
  • Advising on long-term business and financial planning
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Accounting, Finance or Economics Qualification
  • MBA, CPA is highly desirable 
  • Speaking of English is a MUST
  • At least 10 years of experience in the finance line 
  • Proven leadership and management experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders
