Our client is a leading healthcare Artificial Intelligence (AI) company dedicated to transforming healthcare through data intelligence, with the aim to deliver safer, better and more accessible healthcare to everyone. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Product to join their dynamic team.

As a Vice President of Product, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of their flagship operating platform. Leveraging natural language processing, machine learning, and other AI technologies, the VP of Product will lead efforts to derive deep insights and knowledge that contribute to the evolution of healthcare practices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Drive the strategic roadmap for the flagship operating platform, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technology, research, and business development teams, to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in healthcare AI.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and incorporate feedback into product development.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior product management role within the healthcare or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data systems and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products in a global context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Open to the idea of travelling to offices within the region as required.
