THE ROLE

A leading developer of Renewable Energy projects in Italy is seeking a strategic role. As a Land Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new lands for renewable projects. Your responsibilities will span from initial site identification to successful project delivery, involving negotiations, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Together, let's change the Renewable Energy Source (RES) penetration distribution towards northern regions and assist grid operators in storing and transporting energy more efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• - Identify new sites suitable for renewable projects.
• - Conduct negotiations with various stakeholders, including landowners and developers.
• - Manage land lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• - Pursue new business opportunities to their maximum potential.
• - Align with company strategies, developing and implementing business practices accordingly.
• - Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the entire project development process.

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in a similar Land Manager role.

- Comprehensive understanding of land and site management issues.

- Experience in dealing with diverse stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities.

- Strong time-management skills to handle multiple aspects of land management simultaneously.

- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
