A Global OEM Company is looking to hire a Site Supervisor to oversee a number of their onshore and offshore wind projects in the Asia region.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervising the operation and maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators and the supervision and coordination of one or more wind farms sites:
• Daily reporting to the overall Service Manager
• Managing the daily on-site issues, reporting the site work deliverables
• Planning and preparation of site schedules
• Managing and coordinating on-site personnel to ensure all work is performed timely, efficiently, and safely
• Liaising and coordinating with employer representatives and subcontractors on site
• Attending site meetings with the client
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and daily work team briefings, manage daily task management board

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience supervising teams of engineers on site
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing the O&M of wind turbines
• Experience in the wind industry, heavy machinery industry, rotating machinery or marine industry would be preferred
• Fluency in English
