About the Role
My Clients range across b2b to b2c industry, from Fintech. My client is a subsidiary of a large MNCs. This opportunity is to lead the product design team in Singapore
Responsibilities
Leading / Managing stakeholders relationship on product design - includes hiring, training and mentoring your team (team of 4-5 currently)
Ability to provide product design strategy and not afraid of being a hands-on leader
Strong experience in both research and product design
Requirements
Leadership experience of at least 6 years leading designers across UI/UX
Experience in the fintech platform is a major plus for respective positions
Experience in UI/UX skills is required - min 5 years
