Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Product Engineers to build a stable, flexible pipeline of CI/CD, introduce automation and improvement to daily operations
• To be systems-aware, and able to review and recommend configurations for high concurrency and reliable rollouts and APIs integration
• Provide technical input of technical challenge and source of new ideas on new technologies and approaches to deliver products that add values to customers
• Able to demonstrate contribution using algorithms to solve programming problems
• Responsible for all the software products in the organization and be driven to ensure that the products are always at their highest quality
• Work collaboratively with business teams to achieve Company’s objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computing or related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience as technology lead
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading the team
• Must have experienced in using Python
• Experience in Node.js framework
• Understand SQL or NoSQL databases, and API service integration
• Familiar with Linux, bash script
• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), good troubleshooting skills to isolate and identify the root cause of issues
• Good to have experience in financial domain
