Title: Technical Lead (Java)

About the Role

You will be working on decarbonisation projects and along with being the product owner of a few specific solutions in the business.

Responsibilities

• Performing requirement analyses
• Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
• Identifying risk and conduct mitigation action plan
• Reviewing the work of the developers in your team (that you manage) and provide feedback.
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality of work
• Required to lead technical projects, along with designing the system architecture

Requirements

• 6-10 years of development work experience covering java language
• Experienced with the architecture of distributed systems
• Familiar with multi-threaded development
• In depth understanding of different phases of software development lifecycle and understanding of Agile Scrum processes
