About the Role/仕事内容
Nextwave is looking for a sustainability consultant who has experience in financial strategy planning, accounting, and business planning, OR knowledge/experience in energy or ESG/Sustainability consulting. Our client is a SaaS system provider whose system enables its users to visualise and analyse ESG related data such as GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions and leads them to more sustainable businesses.

■事業内容：ESGデータの管理、分析システムの運営・開発
■企業紹介：GHG（温室効果ガス）排出量の可視化、算定システム導入、ESG経営コンサルを行なっている企業での採用情報です。
■募集ポジション：サステナビリティコンサルタント（ジュニア〜マネージャーレベルまで幅広く募集中）

■業務概要：
自社サービス導入支援からクライアントのサステナビリティ経営実現に向けた支援を担当いただきます。ESGデータ管理クラウドシステム（自社製品）を活用したクライアントの脱炭素化経営への課題解決に向けたコンサルティングをお任せいたします。

■業務詳細：

• セールスサポート：セールスチーム（プリセールス・カスタマーサクセス担当者）とクライアントミーティングに同行し専門知識（GHGP, SBTi, TCFD, PCAFなど）を活かしサポートを行う
• プロダクト開発：エンジニアリングチームとの協業、プロダクトへの落とし込み
• 社内外エデュケーション：市場リサーチ業務、資料作成、セミナーへの登壇など
• 脱炭素・サステナビリティコンサルティング：統合報告書・非財務情報開示の支援を行う

歓迎スキル：

• 事業会社や、コンサルティング企業にて、ESG/サステナビリティ領域のご経験をお持ちの方
• TCFD／CDPなどの対応をご経験されている方
• 財務／経理／経営企画のご経験をお持ちの方
• 環境問題や温暖化などの社会問題へ関心をお持ちの方
• 業務上で英語を使用した経験のある方（読み書き）
