About the Role
Established eCommerce organization
Team management position
Strategic, dynamic, and high-impact projects
You will be responsible for:
End to end planning of the business
Translation of forecasted sales into operational activities for teams across the business (i.e. Logistics, Fulfilment)
Translation of volume forecasts to requirements for Fulfilment and ensure efficiency across the business
Develop existing S&OP processes and models to support new functions, business channels, and operational strategies
Track actual performance and improve forecasting methodologies
Liaise with a team of analysts, managing direct headcount
Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years experience in supply chain within an eCommerce or online logistics industry
Proven experience in statistics or financial modeling, with an understanding of data analytics
Working experience with Microsoft Excel is required
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal capabilities
