About the Role

Currently NextWave Partners are engaged with a quickly growing sustainable real estate consultancy in the US. They have been recognized as a top place to work by many outlets throughout the country. They are led by forward thinking individuals with an eye to the future of how Real Estate and Sustainability are deepening their ties.

Among their services, they primarily focus on helping new build, and existing building owners understand, set, and achieve their decarbonization goals. This includes achieving LEED (and other) certifications along with collecting and reporting ESG data to the proper bodies.

This role will be an individual contributor role focused on working with new build clients throughout the country. This person will be highly capable of operating and managing these projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients (lead) to assist in the sustainable design of new buildings.
• Maintain schedules and budgets for several projects on a variety of timelines
• Continually educate yourself on the market and provide insights to the company to be used in thought leadership
• Take the quality of work done very seriously because reputation is everything

Requirements

• Have worked independently with clients on new builds to successfully complete new green buildings
• Must be LEED certified
• Deeply interested in the future of the green buildings space
• BREEAM Assessor
• Must be in possession of US working rights without sponsorship
