About the Role

We are working with a leading developer expanding rapidly in APAC and seeking a Solar Project Developer to join their established team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Asset Origination and Acquisition:

• Contribute to identifying, structuring, and closing profitable solar acquisitions.

• Develop and manage project financial models, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

• Conduct sensitivity analyses and optimize valuations.

• Collaborate with teams for due diligence and project qualification.

• Prepare memos and presentations for senior management.

• Monitor market activity and identify new growth areas.

Ongoing Support:

• Assist in pricing analysis and bidding strategy.

• Use statistical analyses to assess risks.

• Address negotiation and closing impediments.

• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for project advancement and decision support.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or computer science.

• Master's degree, CFA, or ongoing education is a plus.

• 5+ years of relevant origination and acquisition experience.

• Knowledge in renewable energy, power markets, or infrastructure finance.

Key Skills:

• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and financial modeling abilities.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills, prioritizing simple and efficient solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, exercise independent judgment, and desire for leadership growth.

• Language Capability: Japanese / English.

責任

資産の生成と取得:

収益性の高い太陽光発電買収の特定、構築、完了に貢献します。

プロジェクトの財務モデルを開発および管理し、ガイドラインへのコンプライアンスを確保します。

感度分析を実施し、バリュエーションを最適化します。

チームと協力してデューデリジェンスとプロジェクトの適格性評価を行います。

上級管理職向けのメモやプレゼンテーションを準備します。

市場活動を監視し、新たな成長分野を特定します。

継続的なサポート:

価格分析と入札戦略を支援します。

統計分析を使用してリスクを評価します。

交渉とクロージングの障害に対処します。

プロジェクトの推進と意思決定のサポートのために、チームや関係者と協力します。

要件

資格:

金融、ビジネス、経済学、工学、またはコンピューター サイエンスの学士号。

修士号、CFA、または継続的な教育を受けている場合はプラスとなります。

関連する企画および買収に関する 5 年以上の経験。

再生可能エネルギー、電力市場、またはインフラファイナンスに関する知識。

キースキル：

強力な分析能力と財務モデリング能力を備えた、積極的な問題解決者。

ExcelおよびPowerPointの高度なスキル。

書面でも口頭でも優れたコミュニケーション能力。

シンプルで効率的なソリューションを優先する、強力な組織スキル。

複数のプロジェクトを管理し、独立した判断を下す能力、およびリーダーシップの成長に対する意欲。

言語対応：日本語/英語。
