Title: Site Manager
Location: Taiwan, APAC
Type: Contract


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead offshore site operations by managing technicians and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure HSE compliance through delivery of a Zero Harm plan, promoting a strong safety culture aligned with company standards and legal requirements.
  
• Manage planning and resources, including forecasting maintenance, ordering parts and tools, and coordinating vessel transfers and logistics with site teams.
  
• Act as site representative, engaging with project stakeholders, customers, and management to report progress, align on KPIs, and resolve operational issues.
  
• Drive team performance through leadership, hiring, development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of site managemnt experience
• Proven track record of offshore wind project management site experience
• Flaxible to do longer shift / duration in Taiwan
• OWF OEM experience is preferred
