An industry leading IPP is looking to hire a Technical Director to lead the Asset Management and Business
Development activities for the organisation from an O&M point of view.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reviewing of asset reports - both daily and monthly
• Providing feedback to the General Manager on any plant issues
• Visit the plants periodically and provide status update to the GM as required
• Acting as a Director and participating in board meetings when nominated by the General Manager
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the partners on the assets
• Providing O&M support as and when requested by the asset management team
• Providing input to the O&M Agreement for new bid submissions
• Negotiating Long Term service agreements for new bids
• Assisting with the development of policies and procedures for assets
• Coordinating between the plant and asset management team from head office for clear and efficient communication

• An Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in power plant operations
• Minimum of 5 years' holding a managearial position
• Fluency in written and spoken English
