Responsibilities

• Delivering Digital Platform experience for the B2B market in China
• Defining, building, growing the platform and set up the Digital team in China
• End to end lifecycle of the product from concept to validation, build, testing, post launch analytics, and repeat
• Engaging with stakeholders across the business in Singapore and China to identify optimal technologies and platforms for delivery
• Define, build out strategy, requirements and road map of core features - from mocks, to wireframes, project phasing, analytics, and development success measures, so we build a truly local product; oversee launch as the first product hire
• Leveraging on domain expertise – curriculum, pedagogical & training functionalities for seamless user experience

Requirements

• Minimum six (6) years of experience in a product management position for a SaaS product
• Experience with China-userbases / digital product / online software product
• Demonstrated track record of building products and have strong knowledge of product data
• Deep understanding of the China technology market and ecosystem
• Background in full stack / backend / frontend development
• Ability to make decisions based on data sets and be able to make sense of complex data
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Fluently in both English and Mandarin is required
• Experience within the education industry is preferred

Role is based in Singapore but will potentially require near-term postings.
