Hiring for Software Lead (Full Stack) to build and improve the products, launch different products in new verticals, manage end to end software development. 

Looking for someone keen on taking initiatives to identify the problems and work with the team to solve them. Comfortable with both backend and frontend software development languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product and design teams to build exciting and innovative features
• Build dynamic applications and platform technologies
• Take full ownership of projects from design, to implementation, and deployment
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code. Enhance and optimize the web platforms and mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate on all key architecture decisions across the framework
• Maintain stability of your project and overall system health post-release
• Organize code reviews with peer and develop best coding practices
• In-depth knowledge of database design and optimization

Requirements

• With a track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions across mobile applications and web services for a minimum of 5 years
• Expertise in Node.js and React.js using TypeScript, JavaScript for 3 years
• Good working knowledge of Docker, NoSql, CouchDB is a plus
• Experience using REST APIs, web sockets, and version control systems
• Understanding of patterns used for developing web applications
• Good understanding of big data-related components
• Familiar with agile development model like Scrum and good project management skills
