Our client is an International telematics business with SAAS solutions at the heart of the organization. They have offices in over 24 countries globally with revenues over USD100million and have reached 1+million subscribers that are using their Telematics platform every day! 

With innovative in-house solutions across Stolen Vehicle Recovery, Fleet Management and Telematics, this global organization is expanding the team from back-end to front-end for the Global Tech Hub in Singapore. This role will be reporting into the CIO. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• The candidate will be involved with all levels of the database management 
• You will be required to develop SQL Queries as required by Business Divisions
• Develop Stored Procedures
• Load Balancing and High Availability
• Ensure system optimisation, by improving and restructuing the databases
• Perform database updates and migrations
• Synchronise multiple database's in various branches
• Use Postgres as the primary database technology
• Generate comprehensive documentation
• Support database issues arising from customer queries

• Relevant IT related degree
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years database administration experience
• Proven SQL and PostgreSQL experience is a must
• Linux server experience
