About the Role
We are working with a rapidly expanding company who are providing essential software services to the utilities industry for the purpose of making it more environmentally sustainable. They are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to be the face of their company while being the voice for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and managing the health of their customers.
• Working closely with clients to understand industry trends to intelligently inform the development of their product.
• Ensuring that their product is delivering consistent value to their clients.
• Ensuring that renewals are managed effectively while identifing opportunities for cross and up-selling.
• Lead recruitment activities as well as onboarding new staff.

Requirements

• Knowledge and/or experience in the utilities industry.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• A strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Outstanding attention to details alongs with superb communication skills.
