Title: Senior HRIS Analyst, Technology MNC

Location: Singapore

About the Role

• Specialist with Workday systems, modules, and processes
• Global technology MNC
• Implementation of Workday across 70+ entities globally

Responsibilities

• Analyse current organizational systems and develop best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve business operations, facilitating problem solving and decision making
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business - manage key regional and global projects
• Analysis of current systems and processes - definition of scope, requirements gathering, process reengineering, etc.
• Implementation and optimization of Workday systems, modules, processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience with Workday
• Experienced with implementing Workday systems and/or modules
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
• Comfortable with working with stakeholders across different time zones and locations globally
• Certification in Workday will be preferred
