My (SaaS based) client is looking to grow their sales function for Singapore with the addition of a Sales Manager, focusing on collaborating with channel partners. This is a heavily funded business having received just under 700M in funding.


  • Managing the SME Sales Team, along with driving the growth of the SME business
  • Need to coach, mentor and develop a sales team
  • Setting the tone of the team environment through your leadership
  • Responsible in creating and overseeing the sales function including: building pipeline, planning, forecasting along with execution
  • Creating the Go-to-market strategy with the ability to create brand awareness
  • Create lead generation opportunities through attending conferences, and events
  • Create leads through making guest appearances and speaking at industry leading events
  • Have the ability to develop key relationships and channel programs with the relevant parties
  • Driving collaboration with other partner resources
  • Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that converts into sales opportunities


  • Successful track record of planning and rolling out GTM strategies in the region
  • Proven track record of implementing winning sales strategies and increase sales partnerships which ultimately increase demand of your product
  • Proven track record of over-exceeding given sales quotas
  • Experience of managing a team with a key ability to nurture and develop high performing teams
  • A solid track record of addressing commercial opportunities and risks through innovative application of business acumen
  • A working background of the SaaS industry
  • Exposure to a high-growth environment in the given region would be beneficial in hitting the ground running
