This is a direct sales role, strong hunting, business development, and negotiation skills are necessary for success. Prior experience with software sales, SaaS, and IoT technologies in the manufacturing or supply chain industries is important.
This position is an enterprise sales role and therefore will have larger deal sizes and longer deal cycles. The sales manager needs a flexible and adaptive sales strategy to succeed in the current market. Your role will be to do business development and close deals with enterprises in the space of supply chain and manufacturing.
- Enterprise sales experience
- Experience in manufacturing or Supply chain and logistics
- Sales experience with long deal cycles.
- Sales experience with large deal sizes.
- Software sales/SaaS experience
- Passion or interest in manufacturing or supply chain logistics industries
- Consistently achieves sales targets
- Adaptable digital sales strategy.
- Go and search for new opportunities to introduce and explain the product to potential customers digitally or in person.
- Work independently and together with the sales team. Understand pain points and add value to enterprises.
- Manage customer sales processes and close deals.
- Identify and chase leads for business development
