Join a Legal & Compliance team in Denver.

What you'll do day-to-day

You'll support all real estate matters across the company's portfolio of development, construction, and operating projects, including clearing title policy and survey issues, conducting diligence and addressing environmental issues in real estate transactions, and reviewing title pro forma and surveys. You'll prepare various real estate instruments such as purchase or lease agreements, deeds, affidavits, and estoppels, and coordinate closings. You'll also review title reports and create title curative plans, including fatal flaw analyses on potential land purchases and projects. In addition, you may help with permitting, zoning, and land use issues with the assistance of local counsel.

  • Well-developed writing and analytical abilities, high-quality communication and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Individuals with a proven ability to work with a variety of internal and external constituencies to find solutions to challenging issues will excel in this role.
  • Sound judgment is of great importance, as is a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in support of highly complex renewable energy projects.
  • Renewables experience is a plus but not required.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $175,000.
