A large organisation, with a strong presence here in Asia, is developing a new business line which focuses on the development of microgrids. This is an exciting and emerging market where renewables, energy storage and power solutions come together and will provide ground breaking solutions across the islands in SE Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

• End to end project lifecycle of a micro grid
• Controlling all elements of the installation including internal relationships with technical & design team as well as external relationships with consultants and contractors
• Maintaining high standard of health and safety on site
• Managing relationships with local government for permitting purposes
• Controlling all timeframes & budget in line with project delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong track record of private equity investments, portfolio management and exit in South
• Experience of end to end project management within either the power, construction or energy related areas
• Strong knowledge of local permitting & policy when going through stages of project development & expansion
• Engineering related degree
• Further project management qualifications would be advantageous
