The Role

My client is a global leader in the supply chain and logistics industry and they are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about the end-to-end development of analytics products that will disrupt the supply chain market. This role will work cross-functionally with other world-class technical individuals and focus on building products that aim to solve core supply chain and logistics problems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for the company's business teams to understand and gather customer pain points to generate ideas and solve them
  • Take charge of feature ideation, product development, product management and review
  • Develop and communicate product roadmap to the teams involved
  • Work with the management team to align the product vision and strategy
  • Conduct user research, documentation, translate business requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria, story estimation and prioritisation based on clear business impacts
  • Manage product backlog to enable fast experimentation of new features and implement refined UX/UI and A/B testing to discover the right product fit that will unlock full market potential
  • Serve as the interface between Business and the Development team
  • Work cross-functionally with Software Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to build a robust technical platform
  • Work with QA to ensure they understand the requirements and acceptance criteria of the product features
  • Drive a comprehensive product perspective by creating product documentation, educating the business teams on new features by leading the presentation of your new features at sprint demo/reviews and sharing feature impacts
  • Collect feedback from customers and analyse them to generate effective ideas that will solve real problems
  • Develop a robust pricing and revenue model along with the management/sales teams
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the product

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management in Data / Analytics, web, software or mobile development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science + Business Education preferred
  • Background in Supply Chain and knowledge of its systems (WMS/TMS/ERP/MRP) is a bonus
  • Demonstrated technical product ownership
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to product development and growth
  • Deep understanding and appreciation for users with a genuine creative passion to solve customer pain points
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment and diverse teams
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and teams
  • Experience in using tools to manage ideas, prioritize features, drive product roadmap and manage development tasks
  • Have the technical understanding to effectively communicate with the development teams and understand business domain requirements
  • Technical experience in integrations across multiple complex systems
  • Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
