We have partnered with a forward thinking and innovative Climate Tech Start up that's actively seeking a detail-oriented and highly driven Product Manager to join us in our mission to build best-in-class experiences for our users. The ideal individual for this position is someone who knows how to push product from the ground up.

What will you be doing?

• Work directly with the founding team to shape the product vision, build a world class customer experience and a clear roadmap to deliver value for our customers
  
  
  

• Take ownership of the product process, moving from early concept phases to final delivery and align expectations within our growing team
  
  
  

• Translate user needs, business requirements and technical capabilities into product solutions by developing and coming up with new ideas
  
  
  

• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools and A/B testing
  
  
  

• Monitor and report on product KPIs
  
  
  

• Work with product designers and engineers to identify emerging needs and rapidly test ideas
  
  
  

• Be an early employee at a growing product organisation and participate in feedback rounds, cross-team projects and initiatives
  
  
  

• Become a natural capital expert and shape the growing climate tech ecosystem
  
  
  

What you'll bring to the team

• 2+ years of experience working with software products
  
  
  

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a cross-functional team that applies agile methodologies
  
  
  

• A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love
  
  
  

Bonus skills

• We'd love to see that you have worked directly on growth/retention topics or have started a successful product from scratch
  
  
  

• You are an entrepreneur at heart: you have validated and/or launched a new idea from scratch whether as full-time job related or as a side hustle
  
  
  

• You have worked in a related field (climate/environment or project/data management software)
  
  
  

• You have worked in validation and / or early-stage start-ups
