You would be part of a new business entity as part of a merger between 3 major forces in Analytics, Data Center Infrastructure division and Big Data software arm. Their aim is to elevate the innovation advantage by combining IT, operational Technology and domain expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

The right individual will need to have senior executives and C-Level customer facing skills to engage and drive discussions and he/she enjoys working with customers of different sizes and has a passion for educating, training, designing, and building enterprise solutions for a diverse and challenging set of customers.

• Build level of expertise in Cloud Technology, Application Architecture, Databases, Web and Middleware
• Lead the solution development and coordination with other internal SMEs and stakeholders in putting together a technically sound and commercially viable solution that has proven success in delivery and implementation
• Complete the technical requirement for request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP)
• Lead the solution development and coordination with other internal SMEs and stakeholders in putting together a technically sound and commercially viable solution that has proven success in delivery and implementation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Domain or industry knowledge - at least 10 years of experience in interfacing with business stakeholders and have functional understanding of the business or industry
• Proven Pre-sales experience in a Consulting external environment is highly valuable
• Should have deep knowledge and understanding of the following areas:
  • Cloud architecture, cloud technology, and CSPs, able to differentiate across service and deployment models
  • Complex application architectures - multi-tier, database, networks
  • Linux and Unix operating systems
  • Virtualization and clustering technologies
  • Security priorities and solutions
  • Hardware architecture - servers, storage, networking
• Self-driven, a good collaborator, fast learner and accountable are key personality traits needed, a good story teller makes the candidate even more interesting.
