Our client is a software solutions provider with offices globally. Their product facilitates product innovation from product concept through to distribution; in what is known as a PLM solution. 

Responsibilities

  • Have an understanding of Product Lifecycle Management Solutions, along with an in-depth knowledge of the industry
  • Collaborate with the sales teams in developing sales strategies and a sales roadmap into assigned territories
  • Drive requirement gathering, qualify opportunities, assist with RFP’s
  • Co-ordinate pre-sales resources, deliver presentations at various levels up to and including the C-level
  • Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology to client’s business
  • Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.  
  • Need to lead all presales technical/functional support activity to potential customers.
  • Lead all aspects of the technical sales process.  

Requirements

  • 5+ years business experience with enterprise level applications
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of system and application design.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to identify needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques with potential clients
  • Possess both consultative and persuasive sales skills in persuading others through presentations
  • Need to be able to travel both locally and internationally
  • Experience in the FA industry is a bonus
