I am seeking an Onboarding Manager to join a business that specialises in Professional Services Automation.
My client has a cloud platform that allows its clients to scale at pace, whilst increasing revenue-generating streams.
You will be the founding member of the onboarding and will be responsible for growing the team out as the business grows.
- Design and develop a scalable onboarding process
- Become the leading expert on partner business & productivity
- Deliver 1:1 & small-group onboardings with the customers
- Identify, report issues with customer experience & help clients to upgrade their workflows
- Experiment with new onboarding flows to accelerate growth through training sessions, webinars & check-ins
- Provide design & product input to the first-time user experience
- Influence the overall business growth strategy
- Minimum of 2-4 years in a high-velocity customer-facing role
- Onboarding, implementation, Customer success, training etc.
- Willing to join a business in a start phase to take on new & unexpected challenges with a positive mindset
- Able to think strategically with an analytical approach
- Must be willing to build a scalable process
- Build out an onboarding team with people management opportunities
- Develop expertise in Cloud Infrastructures: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Growth into different teams within the organisation
