Responsibilities

* Respect HSE rules and ensure that they are respected at all times, reporting any irregularities.
* Pursue with his team the HSE objectives defined by his hierarchical superiors.
* Stay up-to-date with the HSE training and certificates required for his activity and site interventions.
* Organise and participate in site visits with contractors or external stakeholders.
* Prepare procedures, management plans and implement logistic/technical concepts.
* Establish and maintain effective working relations with contractors so that Project objectives are met.
* Povide input to Support vessels budget relating to fees and costs.
* Coordinate with harbours, shipping agents and external stakeholders.
* Participation in Weekly Vessel Sourcing Call
* Onsite focus on HSE management wrt the tugs / vessels and related Contractors, with a special focus on
the local interfaces
* Support operation and Marine Assets management wrt to marine asset upgrade works, mob, demob, and related engineering questions
* Lead interface to local vessel owners and Contractors for all marine assets to support on operational and
engineering items.
* Support for Lessons Learned implementation and continuous learning wrt marine assets
* Participate in daily Offshore Marine Advisors calls and Weekly Status Update Marine Spread.

Requirements

* Mininum 3 years experience in port or vessels management or a related field.
* Management experience
* Fluent in both Chinese & English
